Charles Neal serves on the Board of
Directors as President for the National
Association for Multi-Ethnicity in
Communications (NAMIC) Atlanta
region. He sees his role within NAMIC
as a platform for reaching and helping his
corporate community. These endeavors
are a direct connection to his purpose and
his 'why.' Charles is currently Assistant Vice
President in Genpact's Media, Telecom, and Publishing organization
focused on enabling new technology implementation. He helps
grow a portfolio of services for leading cable and communications
companies worldwide and brings expertise in the communications
and media industry, operations excellence, data, analytics, and digital
transformation. As an executive with almost three decades of experience
leading teams and helping businesses integrate technology and
digital services to drive overall business growth, Charles is recognized
for building talented and diverse teams, igniting passion, and driving
results for clients. He has successfully performed multiple leadership
roles across companies and local geographies. Charles is a certified
Project Management Professional and Scrum Master, and earned an
Electrical Engineering degree from Morgan State University. He is
happily married and a father of two daughters. He enjoys reading,
playing golf and tennis, and loves jazz.
Hope Merritt III serves as the Vice President
and General Manager of Data Center
Platform Application Engineering (DCPAE)
within DCAI's Data Platforms Engineering
and Architecture (DPEA) organization. Hope
is a 26-year Intel veteran with extensive leadership
and management experience ranging
from traditional launch support to technology
enabling across multiple business units and
product lines. In his previous role, he led the Customer Discovery and
Engineering (CDE) team in the RealSense™ Group and was responsible
for growing new businesses in key segments such as Robotics,
Facial Authentication, and Object Recognition. Before his role in the
RealSense™ Group, he served in CCG managing the Intel Processor
Graphics, Perceptual Computing, and Storage Sub-System launches,
and led a variety of key initiatives which bolstered Intel's graphics positioning
with customers and solidifi ed Client Customer Engineering's
Graphics, Perceptual, and Storage team as an integral component
to successful programs. Hope joined Intel as a hardware application
engineer supporting various technologies and projects, including the
430TX chipset, USB, Linux, Rambus Memory Technology, Graphics,
and Optane™. Hope is an active member of Intel's Black Leadership
Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration
from the University of California, Davis. Hope resides in California
with his wife of 20 years, their 13-year-old daughter, and their 7-yearold
son, and is based in Folsom, CA, USA.
Tracy Daniels is the Executive VP and
Chief Data Officer for Truist Financial
Corporation. She leads the team responsible
for Truist's enterprise data capabilities,
including strategy, governance, data platform
delivery, client, master & reference data, and
the centers of excellence for business intelligence
visualization and artificial intelligence
& machine learning. She is also the executive
Alaa J. Mousa, Deputy CEO at Earthlink
Telecoms, Baghdad, Iraq, has more than
23 years of experience in the ICT sector
since he graduated as a Telecom Engineer
in 1999 and earned his MSc and Ph.D. in
Telecommunications in 2002 and 2007
respectively. He was the chief technical
officer (CTO) of many telecom operators.
In 2014, he joined Earthlink Telecoms as
sponsor for Truist's Enterprise Technology & Operations Diversity
Council. Daniels joined Truist in 2018 and has more than 25 years of
banking and technology experience leading high performing technology
portfolio, development, infrastructure and global operations
organizations. She enjoys participating in civic and philanthropic
endeavors including serving on the Georgia State University
Foundation Board of Trustees. She has been recognized as a National
2013 WOC STEM Rising Star award recipient, the 2017 Working
Mother magazine Mother of the Year recipient, and a 2021 Women
In Technology (WIT) Women of the Year in STEAM finalist.
Daniels is married with three children and is based in Atlanta,
Georgia, USA.
the Director of Planning; later he successfully overcame one of
the biggest challenges as the CEO of the Iraqi National Backbone
project and built the largest backbone fiber infrastructure in Iraq
within one year.
