Xiaolong Li (M'17) was born in Gansu,
China, in 1974. He received the B.Sc. degree
in electronics engineering from Dalian
University of Technology (DUT),
Dalian, China, in 1997, and the M.Sc. degree
in microelectronics from Delft University
of Technology (TU Delft), Delft, the Netherlands,
in 2005. From 1997 to 1999, he was with Sichuan Changhong
Electronic Group and involved in TV system design
and electromagnetic compatibility. In 2000, he joined
Trident Multimedia Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd,
and involved in DPTV system design. From 2004 to 2005,
he had an internship at the Netherlands Research Foundation
in Astronomy, Astron, Dwingeloo, the Netherlands,
where he was working on the wide-band low noise
amplifier for the Square Kilometer Array (SKA) project.
Since 2007, he has been with and as an associate professor
of the School of Electronics and Information, Jiangsu
University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang, China.
His research interests include RF integrated circuits,

structured analog integrated circuits, and biomedical
circuits and systems.
Ming Yu was born in Suihua of Heilongjiang
Province, P.R.China, in 1972. He received
the bachelor degree in Clinical
Medicine from Jiamusi Medical College,
China, in 1996, the master degree in Neurology
from Medical College of Jiamusi
University, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree and in
Norman Bethune Medical College of Jilin University, China,
in 2006. From 1999 to 2003, he was with the department
of Neurology in No. 1 Hospital of Zhenjiang City. Currently
he stays with the Department of Neurology in
Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University, where he was
promoted to be the chief physician of the department in
2013 and full professor in 2020. His research areas include
cerebral diseases, headache, dementia, Parkinson's disease,
etc. He sponsored and participated 21 scientific research
projects, and published more than 120 papers.
