Dr. Chang was a recipient of Outstanding Electrical
Engineering Professor Award from the Chinese Institute
of Electrical Engineering, Taiwan in 2020 and the
Distinguished Teaching Award from NCHU in 2004. He
was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE CAS Society
in 2013 and 2014. He served as an Associate Editor
for IEEE T-VLSI (2010-2014), IEEE CASS Taipei Chapter
Chair (2011-2012), IEEE CASS NG-TC Chair (2015-2017),
General Chair of the first edition of IEEE AICAS (2019),
IEEE JETCAS Senior Editorial Board (2020-2021), IEEE
A-SSCC TPC Chair (2020), and IEEE JSSC Lead Guest Editor
(2021/10).

Yin-Tsung Hwang (M'93) obtained his
BS and MS degrees, both in electronic
engineering, from National Chiao Tung
University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983
and 1985, respectively. He received his
Ph.D. degree from the department of
Electrical & Computer Engineering, University
of Wisconsin, Madison in 1993. Since then, he became
a faculty member of the Department of Electronic
Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science &
Technology in Taiwan.
In 2004, he joined the department of Electrical Engineering,
National Chung Hsing University and is now
a professor. Dr. Hwang also served as the director of
MengYao Chip Center, National Chung Hsing University,
from 2007 to 2010. He has been a council member of Taiwan
Integrated Circuits Design Association since 2014.
His research interests include VLSI designs for wireless
base band signal processing, beamforming and radar
signal processing, image compression, and low power
VLSI circuit designs.

Yuan-Pei Lin (S'93-M'97-SM'03) was born
in Taipei, Taiwan, 1970. She received a
B.S. degree in control engineering from
the National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan,
in 1992, and a M.S. degree and a
Ph.D. degree, both in electrical engineering
from California Institute of Technology, in 1993
and 1997, respectively. She joined the Department of Electrical
Engineering of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University,
Taiwan, in 1997. Her research interests include
wireless communications and signal processing for digital
communications.
She was a recipient of Ta-You Wu Memorial Award in
2004. She served as an associate editor for IEEE Transaction
on Signal Processing, IEEE Transaction on Circuits
and Systems II, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IEEE
Transaction on Circuits and Systems I, EURASIP Journal
on Applied Signal Processing, and Multidimensional Systems
and Signal Processing, Academic Press. She was a
Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and Systems
Society for 2006-2007. She has also coauthored two
books, Signal Processing and Optimization for Transceiver
Systems, and Filter Bank Transceivers for OFDM and
DMT Systems, both by Cambridge University Press, 2010.

Chia-Hsiang Yang (M'10-SM'17) received
his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical
Engineering from the National
Taiwan University in 2002 and 2004, respectively.
He received his Ph.D. degree
from the Department of Electrical Engineering
of the University of California, Los Angeles in
2010. He then joined the faculty of the Department of
Electronics Engineering at the National Chiao Tung University,
Taiwan. In 2015, he moved to the Department of
Electrical Engineering at the National Taiwan University,
Taiwan, where he is currently a Full Professor. His research
interests include energy-efficient integrated circuits and
architectures for AI, biomedical, and communication
signal processing.
Dr. Yang was a winner of the DAC/ISSCC Student Design
Contest in 2010. He received the 2010-2011 Distinguished
Ph.D. Dissertation in Circuits and Embedded Systems
Award from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University
of California, Los Angeles. He was a co-recipient
of the ISSCC 2013 Distinguished-Technical-Paper Award
and ISSCC 2020 Takuo Sugano Award for Outstanding FarEast
Paper. In 2018, he was a recipient of the Ta-You Wu
Memorial Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology
(MOST), Taiwan. He is also the advisor for several
student awards, including the 2017 ISSCC Silkroad Award.
He serves on the ISSCC, Symposium on VLSI Circuits, and
A-SSCC Technical Program Committee and ISSCC SRP Committee.
He served as a Guest Editor of the IEEE Journal of
Solid-State Circuits (JSSC) and is also serving as an Associate
Editor of the IEEE Signal Processing Letters (SPL).
He is currently the IEEE CASS Taipei Chapter Chair.
