As shown in Figure 4, the CASS Program in ARGENCON
included 3 keynotes talks by Ricardo Reis, Victor
Grimblatt and Manuel Delgado-Restituto. The CASS
event concluded with a special talk by Manuel DelgadoRestituto
about the opportunities and international
insertion of IEEE CASS, followed by a meeting with local
CASS representatives and students. During the meeting
discussions, one of the participants informed about the
interest of a group of students to stablish a CASS Student
Chapter in San Juan.
Other CASS Tour in Latin American Countries are
being planned as, for instance, an IEEE CASS Mexico
Tour to be organized from November 28th to December
2nd (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Puebla and Santa Cruz).
Conclusion
It was a nice experience to organize the IEEE CASS
Tour Argentina 2022. It is expected to have an increase
in CASS membership and to have new CASS Student
Chapters in Argentina.

he has done a great work promoting Microelectronics
