Himanshi Babbar is currently an assistant professor-research
in CSE with Chitkara University, Rajpura,
Punjab, India. She has two years of teaching experience
with CGC Landran, Mohali, Punjab. She has
published/accepted/presented many papers in
national conferences, published papers in Scopus
and SCI indexed journals and filed/published/granted
various patents. Her research interests include software-defined
networking, load balancing, and Internet
of Things. Babbar received the master's (M.C.A.) and
Ph.D. degrees in computer applications from Chitkara
University in 2015 and 2021, respectively. Contact her

Shalli Rani is currently an associate professor with
the Chitkara University Institute of Engineering and
Technology, Chitkara University, Rajpura, India. She
has more than 16 years of teaching experience. Her
research interests include wireless sensor networks,
underwater sensor networks, and Internet of Things.
Rani received the Ph.D. degree in computer applications
from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India,

Sahil Garg is currently a research associate with
Resilient Machine Learning Institute (ReMI) colocated
withEcole de technologie superieure, Montr
eal, QC, Canada. He has many research contributions
in the area of machine learning, big data
analytics, security and privacy, Internet of Things,
and cloud computing. Garg received the Ph.D.
degree in computer science and engineering from
the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology,
Patiala, India, in 2018. He is currently a managing editor
of Springer's Human-centric Computing and Information
Sciences (HCIS) journal; and an associate
editor of the IEEE Network Magazine, IEEE Transactions
on Intelligent Transportation Systems, Elsevier's
Applied Soft Computing (ASoC), and Wiley's International
Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS). In
addition, he is also the Workshops and Symposia Officer
for the IEEE ComSoc ETI on Aerial Communications.
He guest edited a number of Special Issues in
top-cited journals including IEEETransactionson Network
Science and Engineering, IEEETransactions on
IntelligentTransportation Systems, IEEETransactions
on IndustrialInformatics, IEEEInternetofThings Journal,
IEEE Network Magazine, Future Generation
