Accuracy is the most important performance measure and it is defined as a ratio of correctly predicted observations to the total observations. Precision is the ratio of correctly predicted positive observations to the total predicted positive observations. Recall is the ratio of correctly predicted positive observations to all observations in an actual class. F1 Score is the weighted average of Precision and Recall. In fact, it is difficult to annotate 79k tweets, so we resort to statistical sampling theory.12 We choose the confidence level to be 95%, so the Zscore will equal 1.96. Also, the margin of error equals 5% as well as the standard deviation is 50%. So, we annotate 624 tweets and the results of performance measures are shown in Table 1. The checked risks include multiple types of risks 52 such as operational risk, financial risk, and technological risk as shown in Figure 3. In addition, we assess the risks in each category and we found they have different degrees of magnitude as shown in Figure 4. CONCLUSION In this study, we suggested an advanced intelligent model to help cryptocurrency authorities in increasing the security of the currency. This model depends on users' mining threats based on social media and employing natural language processing techniques to manipulate data and produce valuable insights about the types and magnitude of potential risks that affected cryptocurrencies security.
