SLT 2022 will be the first speech conference to have visited the Middle East and the first speech conference to be held in an Arabic speaking nation. The SLT Workshop is a flagship event of IEEE Speech and Language Processing Technical Committee. The workshop is held every two years and has a tradition of bringing together researchers from academia and industry in an intimate and collegial setting to discuss problems of common interest in automatic speech recognition and understanding.
