AUTHOR INFORMATION
Mostapha Harb (mostapha.harb01@universitadipavia.it)
received the M.S. degree in physics at the University of Damascus in 2009 and a professional master's degree in risk
and emergency management at the Instituto Universitario
di Studi Superiori in 2013. He then received his Ph.D. in
remote sensing engineering from the University of Pavia,
Italy. He has participated as junior researcher and researcher assistant in several international and European projects
and had the opportunity to participate in numerous internships, technical trainings, administrative trainings,
international/national meetings, and workshops, which
resulted in more than 30 published contributions. He is a
Member of the IEEE.
Fabio Dell'Acqua (fabio.dellacqua@unipv.it) is an associate
professor of remote sensing in the Department of Electrical,
Computer, and Biomedical Engineering, University of Pavia,
Italy. His research interests focus on radar data processing
and radar/optical data fusion for risk-related applications.
He is a life member of the Technical and Scientific Board of
the Lombardy Aerospace Industry Cluster. To date, he has
published 55 journal papers and more than 160 conference
papers and has made 15 contributions to books. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
