The 3-phase isolating transformer serves as the mains power supply.
This unit consists of an isolating transformer and thermomagnetic
circuit breakers. They differ primarily in terms of their

SE2663-3T is an incremental encoder installed between the
device under test and servo machine test stand used as a
speed controller of the motor shaft. An incremental rotary
encoder converts speed into a discrete number of pulses.
The encoder operates opto-electronically with resolutions
of up to 5000 pulses per revolution.

The servo-machine test bench used to examine electrical
machines and drives comprises a digital controller, a brake,
and the active servo software. The system allows manual

Synchronous Servo Motor
The block diagram of the closed-loop current control of the
synchronous servo motor is shown in Figure 4. M and E
state-of-the-art technology with ease of operation. Active
servo is a program for recording characteristics of machines
and for determining dynamic and static operating points. It
emulates seven different loads (pump/fan, calender/roller,
hoist drive, compressor, winding machine, inertia wheel,
and time-dependent). Active servo software window is as
shown in Figure 3. Any type of load can be selected for the
emulation. The advantages of active servo include measurement,
calculation, and display of mechanical and electrical
variables such as speed, current, torque, mechanical power
output, voltage, power, efficiency, power factor; simultaneous
display of measured and calculated values (for example,
instant display of efficiency); measurement of voltage and
current (including RMS values even for nonsinusoidal waveforms);
speed or torque-controlled operation; recording of
variables over time; programming of limiting values of speed
or torque to prevent improper loading of the machine under
test; operation in all four quadrants (display of generated
torque); arbitrarily defined ramp functions for PC-controlled
load experiments; display of characteristics from several
experiments to better illustrate the effect of parameter
changes and export of graphics and measurements.
G. SE2672-3S
SE2672-3S is a servo motor with permanent excitation.
