USA. As a PhD candidate, his research is in the field of DCbased
power networks and to enforce efficient utilization of
green electric power. He has 15 research publications with
two award winning papers. Prahaladh is a student member
with IEEE and aims to be an industry expert in the power
electronics sector.
Zheyu Zhang (zheyuz@clemson.edu) is the Warren H.
Owen - Duke Energy Assistant Professor in the Holcombe
Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at
Clemson University, Clemson, SC, USA. His research
interests include silicon carbide-based power electronics
characterization and applications. He has published over
100 papers, filed over 10 patent applications, and presented
ten IEEE tutorial seminars and webinars. He is the
recipient of the 2021 IEEE Industry Application Society
(IAS) Andrew W. Smith Outstanding Young Member
Achievement Award.
