(SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN)
devices, which enable superior overall
performance, are helping manufacturers

in applications like traction inverters
and adaptors/chargers. Concurrently,
he thinks silicon (Si) products will co-exist with
the WBG products owing to their cost-effectiveness in
some low-power applications or in systems where performance
