15%, for the United States approximately 10%, for the United Kingdom
about the same, though the Mediterranean countries seem to receive better
results, as do countries such as Iran
and Oman. Further, in Greece, one
third of professional engineers in general are women [8].
The main reasons for the satisfactory
performance of Greek female population
can be given as follows:

very supportive and protective
of children of any gender. Education is the top priority in the

The loyal system is very democratic, one of the best in the
European Union. The young generation of parents has relaxed
the different treatment of children, thus the girls do not face
exclusion of social activities up
to their marriage. The modern
Greek fathers are very supportive
to their daughters. It is strange

The Greek wife is still more suppressed and discriminated against
compared to the Greek daughter.
Thus, the difficulties in life balance will appear in young couples.
