CustomInk Kicks off Be Good
To Each Other Campaign

CustomInk, Fairfax, Va., has launched its 5th annual Be
Good to Each Other campaign in support of National Bullying
Prevention Month and its signature event Unity Day, which
takes place on Oct. 21.
Together with Minneapolis-based PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center, the Be Good to Each Other campaign
aims to unite students and adults in an effort to take a stand
against bullying and promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion within their communities.
"At CustomInk, we believe that every person deserves to
be treated with respect, kindness, and compassion, and we
exhibit that sentiment through our own core values," says

Wendy Connell, vice president of marketing at CustomInk.
"For our fifth annual Be Good to Each Other campaign, we
are proud to continue our partnership with PACER as we instill that important message among students, school groups,
and communities through the unifying power of the T-shirt."
Over the past five years, CustomInk has donated nearly
$120,000 towards bullying prevention efforts and sold tens of
thousands of shirts for the cause. The power of T-shirts goes
beyond the funds raised, as people continue to wear the shirts
to spread the word that bullying is unacceptable.
In addition to PACER's official T-shirt, CustomInk has partnered with actors, musicians and athletes to design their own
T-shirt for the Be Good To Each Other campaign, with the
shirts on sale through Oct. 31. This year's "celebri-tee" designers
include acrtress Gina Rodriguez ("Jane the Virgin"), Olympic
figure skater Gracie Gold, actress Melissa Rauch ("The Big
Bang Theory"), singer Rachel Platten, actor Miles Heizer
("Parenthood") and boxer Deontay Wilder.
CustomInk will handle printing and fulfillment at cost,
allowing 100% of the profits from the sales of bullying prevention T-shirts to benefit PACER in its effort to engage, educate,
and unite communities nationwide. The T-shirts are on sale at

literally repel liquids.
The REP-L treatment can be applied
to 100% organic cotton T-shirts and some
poly-blend garments available from Reality
Dreams. How does it work? According to the
company, nanoparticles enter microscopic natural pores and
capillaries in the fabric's surface, smoothing out imperfections
and bonding to the substrate material to create a hydrophobic, highly protective, long-lasting barrier that makes light liquids, like water, wine or soda, roll right off the fabric's surface.

Heavier spills, like a dollop of ketchup, can
be rinsed away with water (just don't blot it
or rub it in).
Does it work? Impressions put it to the
test with water and Diet Coke, and found that the liquid did,
indeed, bead up and roll right off the surface of the shirt, leaving it slightly damp to the touch, but stain-free.
