would not include these trees in the inventory.

Attributes
*	 Examine attributes carefully to make sure that all necessary data are
collected, that nothing is included that will not be used, and that the
attributes make sense in the local context.
*	 Specify in writing a maximum allowable percentage of unknown tree
species (e.g., 1%).
*	 If planning to use your inventory with i-Tree or other report systems,
collect the necessary data to run the desired reports.

Values
*	 Specify the level of accuracy and tools required for tree diameter
measurements, and verify how unusual cases will be handled.
*	 Examine the condition system (i.e., categories, definitions, and codes)
carefully, and make sure it can be understood and used.
