FISHER & PAYKEL HAS ANNOUNCED four leadership appointments

to its North American executive team to foster continued growth
in the market. Fraser Allan has been named CFO, Jeﬀ Gunderson
is the new senior vice president of U.S. retail sales, Jason Dillon is
the vice president of U.S. builder sales, and Pierre Martin has been
named vice president of marketing. Allan has most recently served
as the company's CFO in New Zealand, and Gunderson has had
more than 20 years of experience in consumer electronics. Dillon
is responsible for strategic planning and execution in the builder
channel, and Martin is responsible for executing the company's
marketing initiatives in North America.

GARDEN STATE TILE HAS OPENED its 15th location in Co-

lumbia, S.C., which includes a 3,000-sq.-ft. showroom and
a 10,000-sq.-ft. warehouse. The location serves architects,
designers, builders and contractors in Richland County, and
the showroom features multiple inspirational vignettes with
installed materials like porcelain, natural stone and cement tile
in various sizes and layouts. The new location also oﬀers a design room, a conference room, several work tables and a color
wall with more than 130 sample chips and 48 slider panels.
