PUMPKIN BUMPKIN MULE

APPLE CINNAMON WHISKEY SMASH

Monin Gourmet Flavorings

Blue Ox Spirits, Grimes

¾ oz. cinnamon-flavored whiskey

2 slices Honeycrisp apple (or another sweet apple)

¾ oz. Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup

4 mint leaves

1 pump Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor

2 oz. bourbon/whiskey

5 oz. hard apple cider

1 oz. fresh apple cider

cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

1 oz. cinnamon simple syrup

 Fill a mixing glass with ice and add ingredients in
order listed. Stir. Pour into a serving glass. Garnish.

SOUTH FOR THE WINTER
1½ oz. tequila
1½ oz. crème de cacao
¾ oz. grenadine
1½ oz. heavy cream
6½ oz. coffee
 Combine tequila, chocolate liqueur and grenadine in a
handled mug. Add hot coffee and stir. Add heavy cream
last and stir. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.

¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
 Muddle (smash) apple slices and mint leaves in
glass. Mix whiskey, cider, cinnamon simple syrup and
lemon juice in a mixing glass, then pour over muddled
ingredients and crushed ice. Garnish with cinnamon
stick, thin slice of apple and fresh mint leaf.

CHILI CHOCOLATE WHITE RUSSIAN
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. chili chocolate liqueur
Half and half
 Shake vodka and spicy coffee liqueur in a cocktail
shaker with ice. Pour into a lowball glass. Gently pour the
half and half on top, buffering the pour over the back of
a spoon for a tantalizing visual effect.
