Add cognac, calvados, lemon, and demerara. Add ice to a shaker and shake until the outside is getting quite cold to the touch. Double strain into a double old fashioned glass and top with crushed ice. Slowly pour in approximately ½ ounce of Angostura on top of the drink so that it is almost " floating " on top of the drink.
