Misti Rex

Backstage Bistro, Meridian
Misti Rex began bartending with very little knowledge of beer, wine or liquor, but was happy for the

opportunity. Since then, she's worked in a variety of
settings-in sports pubs, mixing craft cocktails, in
catering and events. Now at Backstage Bistro, she's
worked as a server and bartender, earning more
responsibility and becoming the food and beverage
manager.
"I have been working at the Backstage Bistro for
almost four years now," she says, "and it is truly my
home away from home."
Backstage Bistro at Village Cinema simplifies dinner/drinks and a movie. The restaurant and bar
serves a full menu plus beer, wine and movie-themed
cocktails, such as Evita (jalapeño heat, but no shoes),
