▷▷CAKE MIX (YELLOW, ANGEL OR
SPONGE)
▷▷17½ OZ. MASCARPONE
▷▷12 OZ.PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
▷▷2 OZ. CASTER (SUPERFINE) SUGAR
▷▷2½ OZ. BAILEYS ORIGINAL IRISH
CREAM
▷▷6 OZ. DOUBLE CREAM (48%
BUTTERFAT)
▷▷CARAMEL SAUCE, POPCORN AND
SALTED PRETZELS TO GARNISH

Bake the cake in a round pan
according to directions. Trim the top
off one layer cake round and put it
into a clean cake tin or springform
pan. (Set the rest of the cake aside to

make an easy trifle, layering cubes of
the cake with your choice of pudding,
liqueur - optional - and whipped
cream.)
Beat the mascarpone, cream
cheese, sugar and Baileys with
an electric or balloon whisk until
smooth. Spread over the cake and
chill for at least 2 hours. Whip the
cream, dollop on top of the cake, and
spread it around. Drizzle the caramel
sauce over the cream, then decorate
with pretzels and popcorn.
