Gray Whale Gin
This gin is inspired by the 12,000-mile journey the California
Gray Whale makes every year from Baja Peninsula to the
Arctic. Fresh mint and flavors of Kombu sea kelp in Mendocino
are rounded out by a beautiful, lasting creamy almond finish
with aroma of citrus, juniper and a hint of coastal fir trees.
Every bottle of Gray Whale Gin supports Oceana, which is
dedicated to protecting and restoring the world's oceans.
KO Bottle in Bond Rye
Crafted on-site at KO Distilling in one distilling season, this
Bottled-in-Bond rye whiskey uses 100% Virginia-grown
rye grain. The taste begins with warm vanilla and leads to
caramel with hints of baking spices and apricot. On the nose,
it begins with warm vanilla notes, which evolve to caramel,
baking spice and dried apricot. This whiskey is aged for
four years in new, charred American white oak barrels and
hand-bottled at 100 proof.
Plantation XO
Honoring Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel's 20th anniversary,
this rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled
Barbadian rums that are initially aged former bourbon
casks in the Caribbean in for 12 to 20 years. The spirit is
then transported to France for a second 12 to 18 months
aging in small French oak barrels, producing a floral and
fruity opening followed by fragrances of vanilla, cocoa and
milk chocolate.
1800 Cristalino Anejo Tequila
Designed to be sipped, this añejo has aromas of vanilla,
caramel and toasted wood, followed by flavors of honey,
agave and oak. This tequila is aged in both American and
French oak barrels for 16 months and is finished in Port
Wine casks for six more months. The filtration has given
this crystal-clear tequila an extra-smooth mouthfeel and
created a great balance between the flavors from the agave
and those from its oak aging.
