North Carolina Cheese Trail.
Three Graces Dairy currently milks around 120 goats.
New births take place often at Three Graces Dairy. This baby goat is three days old.
are sold at area tailgate markets,
in stores like Earth Fare, Greenlife
and Whole Foods, as well as at the
French Broad Food Co-Op in Asheville and the Hendersonville Community Co-Op.
Three Graces cheeses are served
all over Asheville, at Biltmore Estate
locations, the Omni Grove Park Inn,
Rhubarb, Bouchon and the Early
Girl Eatery. The Country Music Hall
of Fame and Museum in Nashville is
a regular customer.
The same energy and passion
that Roberta Ferguson brought to
stages and dance floors in Chicago
and New York drive this dairy located high in the North Carolina
mountains. As she walks among
her beloved goats, cows and sheep,
beauty, mirth and hospitality
abound.
