Recipe
OVEN ROASTED ASPARAGUS
Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
3 TBS oil
1 ½ TBS parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 TBS lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220
degrees C). Drizzle asparagus with
oil. Toss to coat, then sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and
pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet
in a single layer.
