LOVE IN THE SKY

Brad Timofeev and Lauren McMillan first met
through work at an awards event; Brad was
in town for business while she represented
her agency. When their group opted out of
drinks afterwards, Lauren and Brad went out
for one more together-and spent the rest
of the night laughing and sharing stories.
While on vacation with family and friends,
Lauren's son Jax noticed a plane overhead.
Brad's mother tapped Lauren on the shoulder
and encouraged her to look up. When Lauren
did, she found "Will You Marry Me? Love,
Brad" in the sky. When she turned around,
Brad was on one knee in the sand, offering
her engagement ring. Jackson managed to

head, while bystanders cheered and clapped
for the couple.

A KARAOKE SURPRISE

COMIC RELIEF

Lauren and Brad feel their wedding was
unique in part thanks to their venue, which
offered a gorgeous space with flexibility
to customize their day. Their planner also
built altar doors as well as offered plenty of
decorations to choose from.
Their guests stayed on the dance floor
all night thanks to their DJ. Brad surprised
Lauren and their guests during the reception with a signature karaoke version of
John Mellencamp's "Ain't Even Done with

Lauren's favorite memory of the day by far
was when one of Brad's groomsmen reached
into his suit jacket, pulled out summer
sausage and sliced it with a pocketknife
before offering the snack to the rest of the
bridal party.
"It was absolutely hilarious, spontaneous
and a nice comic pause from the chaos and
stress," Lauren says. "He literally packed
sausages in his tux and they were in there
during the entire ceremony!"
