50 YEARS AND MORE
A LITTLE HELP, A LOT OF LOVE
Jeannie Prillaman first met Richard Williams
while at Macado's downtown. Richard is
originally from Rhode Island, and Jeannie
loved hearing his New England accent, which
only spurred more conversation into their
first date!
The couple had just returned from a cruise
when she went over to his house, having no
idea about the pending proposal. Richard
then told her he might have another 50 years
in him...and wanted to spend them with her.
In shock, Jeannie began to cry as Richard
showed her the ring, and asked her once more
to share the rest of his years with him. She,
of course, said yes.
Jeannie's sister-in-law, Denise, helped plan
the big day in only three months, bringing
together family and friends for the happy
occasion.
Roses for the bouquets and table arrangements fit Jeannie's chosen colors of red, grey,
black and white. Denise also took care of the
favors, water bottles with the newlweds' name
and wedding date, along with silk bags filled
with chocolates. Their Lego cake topper was
also a big hit with guests of all ages.

ADDING TO THE FAMILY
Before their wedding, Jeannie often asked
her brother what he thought of Richard.
Her brother only ever answered with a smile,
which drove her crazy. On the wedding day,
however, her brother gave a toast, admitting
he found Richard to be a great guy and had
not wanted to voice his opinion in the past
in case it didn't work out. Instead, he openly
welcomed Richard into the family, which
became Jeannie's favorite memory of the day.
THE PERFECT VISION
Above all, Jeannie is grateful to their venue,
which went above and beyond for their day.
From the delicious sit-down meal to on-site
items that made preparations much easier,
Jeannie says their vision for the day was even
better than expected. To another 50 years!
