When Marj Easterling had trouble finding a reliable screen printer, she took
matters into her own hands, starting her own company: Big Lick Screen
Printing LLC. As a single mother, she learned how to do things on her own,
wanting to give her sons a positive role model who never backs down from
a challenge. Easterling has always been artistic, thriving in the music and
arts scene, and screen printing became a natural fit for her new business.
The studio is conveniently located along the Greenway, which makes for a
great spot when she and her sons or grandchildren want a little break together.
They take off on their bikes, or even ride through the warehouse when it's
raining for a bit of fun! They also enjoy vending conventions, not only for
selling their shirts, but to meet new friends and show off their nerdy sides.
Big Lick Screen Printing goes out of their way for customer service, with loyal

to military discounts. Teachers and coaches earn free shirts when ordering
for their group. Easterling calls this perk "lagniappe."

means 'a little something extra.' I love having this shop and making someone's
day. When they're thrilled because it's even better than they expected, it's
