THE PICKLE RICKLE
Golden Cactus Brewing's Pickle Rickle is
a traditional Gose with untraditional
spices.  Sea salt, bay leaf, mustard seed
and coriander are added to the whirlpool. 
Then, to top off the pickle character
of the beer, we dry hop with very dill
forward Sorachi Ace. The end result is a
very salty and sour beer that is highly
reminiscent of fresh quick pickles.
