Q: Tell us about your business.
A: Sunscape Apartments offers newly renovated luxury apartments in
the southwest part of Roanoke. Sunscape melds the convenience of a

Q. What is unique about your business that sets you apart?

A: We are delighted and grateful. Each day we do our best to provide
excellent customer service at every opportunity and it is so humbling

Q: What are the products and services you offer?
A: We specialize in Fire, Smoke, Water, Storm Damage remediation/
reconstruction and are fully licensed in Virginia. Our employees are
certified in several classifications within the IICRC family of certifications.
Our firm is with the customer from the first emergency call through the
final stages of getting the homeowner's property and personal items back
to pre-loss condition.
Q: What is unique about your business that sets you apart?
A: We are a one-stop shop and take care of every aspect of the restoration
process. Our reliable and knowledgeable staff do the majority of the
repairs. We work as a liaison between our clients and their insurance
company to make claims process as easy as possible. We provide the
mitigation/repair estimates, pictures, invoices, etc. on behalf of our clients
to get their homes back to normal in a timely fashion.
Q: What does it mean to be a Best Of Roanoke winner?
A: We are beyond excited to have been voted the Best Of by our
customers. Receiving the title affirms that we are providing quality work
and establishing good customer relations, both of which are our top
priorities. We always ensure our clients are satisfied before we close out
a job but having so many of our clients classify us as " the best " means
the world to us!
