In this role, Bayley will be responsible for the organization's strategic development and overall executive management for its commercial vehicles, specialty vehicles, aftermarket, transportation technologies, and original equipment services business segments. Bayley will also oversee the design engineering, customer support, and focus factory resources at Continental's manufacturing facility in Guadalajara, Mexico. He will also be instrumental in developing business by identifying new markets and establishing additional distributors where needed. In a separate appointment, Spectronics has announced the promotion of Daniel Chusid to technical sales and regulatory compliance specialist. Dan joined Spectronics eight years ago as a sales administrator. He has also held the positions of international customer service specialist and technical sales specialist. In his new role, Dan will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance for the company. He will also provide direction to affected business areas regarding changes in operation required for compliance. Dan has expertise on current standards, industry best practices, regulatory requirements and company policies.
