Expiration Date: Passenger Normal plates expire no more than 24 months from the date of issue and no less than 13 months from month of issue. The last number of the registration indicates the month the plate will expire. Passenger Reserved plates expire every two years, always on the odd year regardless of the year of issue. Passenger Vanity plates expire annually on November 30. Passenger Special plates have varying expiration dates. Refer to each particular series to determine when the plates expire.
