WHO'S MOST STRESSED
And how tools that help you navigate
the health care system can provide relief

STRESS IS INEVITABLE - that's a given. And it's not
always bad. But a growing body of research shows that
stress affects different groups in different ways, which can
have big consequences.
We recently looked at survey data from more than three
million Rally® users that shows that women are more
stressed than men, and younger people are more stressed
than older folks - particularly Generation Z, which is just
entering the workforce. Three-quarters of Gen Z members
say they are overwhelmed by stress, at least sometimes,
and millennials are right behind them at 0 percent.
We know this because our members tell us. Nearly 55
million consumers have access to the Rally digital health
platform through more than 200,000 employers. Many
of our members take a health survey that looks at age,

weight, and key health data, as well as things like stress
levels, fitness, and eating habits. It's all very cool and
sciency, and it yields fascinating insights that help us
help our users take charge of their health. (Check out the

MORE STRESSED THAN EVER
The biggest culprit? It's most likely their jobs. (I'm sure we
can all relate.) In fact, 0 percent of American workers say
their work is "very or extremely stressful," according to
this survey by Northwestern National Life, which is cited
by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to give
you an idea of its weight.
The same CDC report also mentions research by the
St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co., which found
