To do that, I will act as a coach, a cheerleader or a teammate—whatever it takes.” Dr. Jenkins’ primary care services include preventive care, care for minor illnesses and injuries, health screenings and ongoing management of chronic health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and asthma. She graduated from Hampton University in Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and then obtained her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. After a residency at George Washington University in Internal Medicine, she accepted a job at Maryland General Hospital in 2008. Read more about Dr. Jenkins below: Koren Jenkins, MD CALL TODAY!
