This is the first year for both the mountain resort and city hotel, and it is the first-ever hotel or resort in the lake Tahoe region to achieve the aaa five Diamond rating. StorieS that Stay With you Checking in at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, a guest discovered he had lost his laptop. The concierge attendant, Dewi Aliyah, immediately called the taxi counter, who had no record of the laptop. Instead of giving up, Aliyah began a nonstop search. After multiple calls to Singapore Airlines, the laptop was found. However, airport authorities required in-person pickup, and quickly, as the guest was scheduled to fly again the following night. Time for another phone call — this time to Monika, the concierge of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, who happened to be traveling to Jakarta and was able to pick up the laptop at the airport and deliver it to the guest’s room. The perseverance and teamwork involved to recover the laptop were not lost on anyone, including a very appreciative guest.
