Retired PCRMC employee Joe Phelps delivered the keynote address to the more than 100 volunteers in attendance, thanking them for their service and efforts to create the Happy Hauler transportation program. “I love PCRMC,” Phelps said. “It is an organization full of wonderful and talented people.” John R. Denbo, chief executive officer of PCRMC, Jo Ann Brand-Hoertel, a member of the hospital trustees who is also a volunteer, and other hospital administrators attended to show their gratitude to the volunteers, who donated more than 26,000 hours of their time in 2011. At the luncheon, volunteers were recognized for number of years and total hours served.
