knows providing world-class, patient-centered
healthcare is an essential part of a successful
health organization. A new program has been
implemented at PCRMC to establish relationships with
patients and connect with them on an emotional level.
The Living History Program was designed with patients
in mind; it was designed to learn more about them and
give them the best possible care.
Bringing Living History to PCrMC
The Living History Program is a patient’s life story; it
is a history of who the patient is and what he or she has
done. It is a story about the patient’s family, hobbies and
