Foundation A Lasting Tribute Foundation unveils names of donors on recognition wall P helps Regional Health Care Foundation hosted an unveiling ceremony in November 2012 to showcase Phelps County Regional Medical Center’s (PCRMC’s) new recognition and historic walls.
