"I was immediately hooked," he says. "Internal medicine always presents a challenge, and internists are the detectives of medicine. We are doctors for adults, and we are the doctors who take care of very sick adults with multisymptom, complex diseases." Dr. Coble has extensive medical experience in hospital medicine, health maintenance, diabetes, chronic illness and end-of-life illness and care. "End-of-life care is inherently important to me," Dr. Coble says. "I am committed to taking care of people at the end of their lives and believe that they should always have death with dignity. I am there not only for the patient but also for the patient's family. Helping families through the process is crucial.
