Landmark Associates General Contracting, Inc.

As every homeowner knows, an improvement project is stressful enough when
you're making decisions for your own home.
But what if you're a property manager or condominium association board member who's
making decisions about the homes of others?
One thing's for sure: you want to be confident
that you've chosen the right contractor.
When it comes to general contracting, there
are many choices available, so it can be hard to
distinguish a quality firm from the rest of the
pack. A good place to start would be to utilize a
company that specializes in the condominium
industry and is well versed in the nuances of
multifamily residences, from juggling budget issues and insurance claims to rolling out a project in the
most timely and least disruptive way possible.
Landmark Associates General Contracting, Inc., of
Hopedale, Mass., is a full-service general contracting

renovation of both residential and commercial properties,

important details that can cause delays and/or negative
impacts on the condo association, the property management company, or even the general contractor."
So, before the first nail is pounded or materials are
shipped, Landmark works with the property manager
and the board to go over the concept of the project to anticipate the impact on everyone involved. That includes
identifying the phases of the project, determining timelines, coordinating access to residences, setting payment
schedules, and more.
This requires a clear and consistent communication
process-something Landmark prides itself on. "If
everything is communicated up front, then everyone is
on the same page. They understand everything that's
happening, why it's happening, why it's happening at
that pace, what the impact is going to be, and how long
it's going to take," says Chiarelli. "In the end, our goal is
to reduce or eliminate the project stress points for the
property manager and the board by proactively guiding
the project to completion."
