For 38 years, Barkan Management Company has
been a premier property management company in New
England and, for the past eight years, has been a growing

Today, Barkan manages a portfolio of 176 properties
(27,000+ units) in seven states and, with the recent

Barkan Management recently relocated its corporate
headquarters to a larger, 15,500-square-foot facility at

In practice, that means meeting the day-to-day needs
of the client, including responsibility for on-site operations, supervising property maintenance (including
doing all due diligence necessary for the board to make
informed decisions on small and large capital improvement projects), general management, and board governance. Resident relations, accounting, and financial
