CAI-NE ANNUAL AWARDS ASSOCIATION EXCELLENCE AWARD IN MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS The Association Excellence Award in Member Communications recognizes the ongoing efforts of a community to keep residents informed and engaged. Harbor Towers I & II in Boston, MA was presented the award for their monthly newsletter containing a variety of information, from resident events to community news as well as important updates on city programs and local happenings. BOARD EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP The Board of Red Mill Village Condominium Trust received the Board Excellence in Community Leadership Award and were applauded for their hands-on and proactive approach in overseeing a fi ve-year repair plan to maintain and enhance the community for residents. The association's website work order system timely tracks and addresses maintenance requests, an active social committee hosts a variety of events and programs for all resident interests, and the board promotes transparency by meeting in monthly open sessions with options to join meetings virtually. With the award, the board was also recognized for prioritizing the needs of residents and continually working to protect the quality of association living.
