Airline Membership and Conference Fee Waiver
ISTAT is making a special offer to airline members beginning in 2011. This new initiative will grant a “free” corporate membership to current airline members and complimentary registration for up to two members at the Annual Conference and/or up to two members at the European Conference. For purposes of clariﬁcation, an airline is deﬁned as an organization serving the pax and/or freight community and most importantly maintains a current airlines operating certiﬁcate.

ISTAT Members Receive Brieﬁng on Boeing’s 747-8F and 747-8I in New York
In January 2011, ISTAT members and others received a brieﬁng from Boeing (Kostya Zolotusky, Managing Director; Jordan Weltman, Managing Director), GE Aviation (Thomas Walker, GEnx Product Manager), Cargolux (David Arendt, CFO), and Lufthansa (Markus Ott, Head of Corporate Finance) on the new 747-8 at Deutsche Bank’s North American Headquarters. ISTAT attendees included ISTAT President John Vitale (Avitas), ISTAT Director Douglas Runte (Piper Jaffray & Co.), ISTAT Appraiser Governor Ken De Jaeger, along with ISTAT member Richard Moody (Deutsche Bank). Deutsche Bank hosts included Managing Director Patrick Kaufer, Managing Director Michael Masterson, Director Thomas Turner and Associate Lillian Wei.
