Shankland shared product updates, including the A320, which he noted is “clearly the market leader in terms of single-aisle aircraft since its launch.” Boeing Market Update by Michael B. Blair, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In Blair’s market outlook, he spoke of the revolution in technologies that are leading to improvement numbers that were previously unheard of. “We may be blessed or cursed… we’ve got more opportunities to do things than capability to do them,” he said, speaking of the industry as a whole.
