BOOKING CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
The following information highlights and provides a brief
summary of certain terms and conditions which apply to
your booking. These are NOT our full Booking Conditions.
Our full Booking Conditions apply to all bookings.
These appear on our website ncl.com and can also be
provided by e-mail or post on request. Our full Booking
Conditions, together with the information contained in
the Frequently Asked Questions section contained in
our applicable brochure and on our website, form the
basis of your contract and constitute your conditions of
carriage with NCL (Bahamas) Ltd., trading as Norwegian
and/or Norwegian Cruise Line, a limited liability company
incorporated in Bermuda. Our office in Australia is
located at 7/99 Elizabeth St, Sydney 2000 NSW.
Before making your booking, you must read our full
Booking Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions
section carefully as they set out our respective rights and
obligations. By seeking confirmation of your booking, we
are entitled to assume that you have done so and accept
these as the basis of your contract. A binding contract
between us comes into existence when we verbally
confirm your booking and provide a reservation number
to you if booking direct or your travel agent receives
confirmation of your booking and a reservation number
from us by any means or your booking is confirmed by
our website. Entering into this binding contract marks
the start of an ongoing business relationship between
you and NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. As part of this relationship
we may use the personal information you provided to us
as part of this booking to provide you with periodic NCL
(Bahamas) Ltd. cruise updates and offers and we ask that
you advise us if you would not like to receive these.
For all cruises which involve international carriage (as
defined by the 1974 Athens Convention Relating to the
Carriage of Passengers and Their Luggage by Sea as
amended by the 2002 Protocol ( " Athens Convention " ),
the provisions of EC Regulation 392/2009 on the liability
of carriers of passengers in the event of accidents (which
incorporates certain provisions of the Athens Convention)
and/or the Athens Convention will apply to your cruise
and the process of getting on or off the ship. For any
other travel arrangements which form part of your holiday
with us to which any international convention or local
regulation applies, our liability will be limited as if we were
the carrier in question entitled to rely on the applicable
convention.
Our full Booking Conditions also include other limitations
and exclusions of our liability to you.
Our full Booking Conditions provide for the payment
of cancellation charges if you cancel or fail
to make
payment when due and for the application of surcharges
in certain circumstances. Prices are correct at the time
of going to print (errors excepted) but may increase or
decrease at a later date. You have a right to transfer
your booking to someone else providing you make the
request in writing within 14 days of creating your booking.
Costs and charges will apply as shown in our full Booking
Conditions.
In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain
or experience any problems with your holiday whilst
away, you must immediately inform us or the supplier
of the service(s) in question (if not us). In the event you
end up in difficulty (of any sort) during your holiday,
we will provide you with appropriate assistance as
soon as reasonably possible including by the provision
of appropriate information on health services,
local
authorities and consular assistance and by assisting you
to make distance communications and to find alternative
travel arrangements as may be applicable. Where you
are in difficulty as a result of your negligence, we may
charge you a reasonable fee for this assistance which will
not exceed the costs we actually incur.
Latest information on passport, visa and other travel
requirements are shown on our website ncl.com.
Requirements may change at any time including at short
notice. It is your responsibility to ensure you obtain
details of and comply with all recommended and required
vaccinations,
health
precautions
and
other
health
related measures (including those introduced to deal
with Covid-19' or any other type of infectious disease)
before departure. If you are unable to travel as a result
of failure or inability to comply with any health related or
other requirements, cancellation charges will apply in
accordance with our full booking conditions.
PRIVACY POLICY
At NCL Holdings Ltd., our mission is to provide superior
cruise holidays for our guests. This mission covers all
of our activities including the products and experiences
we offer on board our ships and extends to our online
community through our websites and interactive features,
including applications, widgets, blogs, social networks,
social network " tabs " and other online or mobile offerings
(which we collectively call the " Services " ). Our Services
are owned and operated by NCL Holdings Ltd. (together
with its subsidiaries and brands, NCL, Oceania Cruises,
and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the " Company, " " we, "
" our, " or " us " ).
Our privacy policy describes what data we collect
online and offline and how we use, share and secure
that data. It also describes your choices regarding use,
access and correction of your personal data. Personal
data is information, or a combination of different types
of information, that could reasonably allow you to be
identified.

HOW TO BOOK
NCL'S GUIDELINES FOR EASY BOOKING:
(1) Before you book, take a moment to read through
the Frequently Asked Questions and the Terms and
Conditions which can also be found in detail at ncl.com.
(2) Information you will need:
CRUISE
Ship name, departure date and number of
PERSONAL DETAILS FOR EACH GUEST
TRAVELLING
Full personal details of each guest that will be travelling
with you, including middle names and Latitudes numbers.

RESERVATION NUMBER
Your reservation number: Once you've made your
booking, we'll give you an NCL reservation number,
which you'll need to quote any time you contact us. When
you book, you're agreeing to enter into a contract with
NCL, based on our Terms and Conditions on your behalf
and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation.
Personal Details: The information you provide when
making a reservation may be used to provide you with
periodic NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. cruise updates and special
offers and we ask that you advise us if you would not like
to receive these.
MY BOOKING
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
NCL will send you or your travel agent (as applicable)
a confirmation invoice. Please check this carefully
and if there are any discrepancies, please let us know
immediately by contacting Guest Services (see back
cover for details). Otherwise, administrative charges may
apply to any alterations that need to be made.
PLAN YOUR CRUISE WITH MYNCL
It's so easy to tailor-make your holiday. Explore and prebook
shore excursions before they fill up. Reserve your
table at specialty restaurants like Le Bistro, Cagney's
Steakhouse and more. Browse ship entertainment and
onboard activities*. Simply visit MyNCL via ncl.com/
myncl or download the MyNCL app.
If you are using MyNCL for the first time, the initial step is
to create an account. In order to do so you will need the
name of your ship, sailing date and reservation number.
ONLINE CHECK-IN AND ELECTRONIC
DOCUMENTS
Once your booking is confirmed and paid in full, you can
use MyNCL to complete your Online Check-In. Upon
completion, you can download your eDocs that act as
your boarding pass and include your cruise ticket and,
if applicable, flight itinerary, hotel and transfer vouchers.

balance due date. The balance of the holiday cost must
be received by us no later than the balance due date,
which will be shown on the confirmation invoice.
