CAN I USE MY NET RATES TO CREATE A GROUP?

IS THERE PRIVATE SPACES FOR RELIGIOUS CELEBRATIONS?
Yes, this can be made available throughout your sailing. Please
contact your dedicated Groups Support Team in advance.

PAYMENT
FS
For more than eight staterooms a first deposit of $25 per
stateroom applies and is due up until 30 days after group setup.
The $25 deposit
is fully refundable up to the date when the group is finalised.
Affinity
An initial deposit of $50 USD is required per stateroom from
the first stateroom reserved and is fully refundable up to the
date when the group is finalised in the event staterooms
haven't been sold.
FREE BERTH
The FREE berth applies to first and second guests in stateroom
only. The place will be in the stateroom category in which the
majority of members are booked. Single occupancy will count
as two group members except in Studio accommodation. If
two or more categories have the same number of staterooms
booked, the lowest priced category will apply. This is based on
the cruise fare only, government taxes, port fees and any noncommissionable
elements are payable. Two day cruises and
special rates are excluded from tour conductor credits.
NAME CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can make booking and name changes for free up until
final balance is due, subject to availability. For The Haven
by Norwegian®
, Suites and Concierge Staterooms different
restrictions apply, please contact Groups Support for more
information. If you make a name or booking change within the
cut-off period it will be considered a cancellation and re-booking.
Charges will apply for any cancellation or change made within 90
days of sailing.
SERVICE CHARGE
NCL offers the option to add the service charge when the group
is created for all guests aged three years and over. This charge
can be cancelled, changed or reduced to a desired level before
disembarkation. The amounts vary by stateroom category and
can be found on our website. In addition, an automatic service
charge of 20% applies on beverage purchases, speciality dining
and spa treatments. This also apply to beverages and speciality
dining included in Free at Sea offers. Consult our Group Support
Team for more information.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STATEROOM NUMBER TO CREATE
A GROUP?
For FS groups the minimum required is 8 staterooms. For
affinity groups, the minimum required is 7 staterooms. At group
finalisation any unused space will have the deposit refunded and
the group will be confirmed with the named places.

highest number of paid berths. Minimum of 8 cabins held (double occupancy) to qualify as a group. The guest is responsible for 20% gratuities on the retail value of the Beverage Packages and Specialty Dining Package.
Program excludes pseudo categories IX, OX, BX, MX. Based Anything consumed above the promotional benefit will be the responsibility of the guest at prevailing rates. Payments not received by due dates will result in
cancellation of booking and/or confirmed space, cancellation fees and rebooking fees. Guests, who cancel and rebook, must accept this promotion's Terms and Conditions. Standard cancellation fees apply. Government
Taxes, Port Expenses & Fees, and onboard service charges are additional. Affinity groups: can be booked on 3+ nights sailings. Minimum of 7 cabins held (double occupancy) to qualify as a group. Maximum 199 cabins.
A choice of amenities per stateroom (guest 1 and 2) will be included when names are added to the group. Amenities apply to the 1st & 2nd guest only. The guest is responsible for 20% gratuities on the retail value of the
Beverage Packages and Specialty Dining Package. Requires a minimum of 7 cabins sold. Bonus Commission, Fundraiser and Cocktail Party choices are not combinable with one another. Cocktail Party must apply to all
staterooms within a group and cannot be changed once selected. Payments not received by the due dates will result in cancellation of booking and/or confirmed space, cancellation fees and/or new rates will be applied to
reinstate. Program excludes pseudo categories IX, OX, BX, MX. Based on the On-board Credit Table above, cabins qualify for an on-board credit. Cabins must be booked at least 4 months prior to the sailing date in order
to receive the on-board credit. Anything consumed above the promotional benefit will be the responsibility of the guest at prevailing rates. Payments not received by due dates will result in cancellation of booking and/or
confirmed space, cancellation fees and rebooking fees. Guests, who cancel and rebook, must accept this promotion's Terms and Conditions. Standard cancellation fees apply. Government Taxes, Port Expenses & Fees, and
