Delta Faucet is having a busy 2014. In September, it launched EZ Anchor-a mounting system that is easily
installed in only a few steps. Additionally, the company is exploring and evolving its sustainability initiatives,
which helped it to be named WaterSense partner for 2014 by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
As the company grows, it looks to NEWH for its strong presence. "It is important for us to belong to NEWH
because we truly feel that this organization has its finger on the pulse of the hospitality industry," explains
Heather GeRue, channel marketing manager for the company. "The folks that make up the NEWH are a wealth of information and are an invaluable
resource to our company."

American Leather is committed to its sustainable attributes, using wood harvested from
sustainably managed forests, and recycling "all of our raw materials, including leather,
foam, and wood," explains Frank Boardman, vice president of specialty and hospitality sales for the company. "Our carbon footprint is further reduced
by our ability to ship all of our products from our centrally located factory in Dallas."
The company also partnered with national conservation nonprofi t American Forests. "For every order received from the new walnut collections, we
will plant one tree on behalf of the retailer and another on behalf of American Leather," says Boardman, of the program that strengthens the company's
commitment to sustainable home furnishings and preserving national forests.
Working with NEWH is a boon for American Leather as the organization provides the "best products and services for the hospitality industry," he says,
adding that it also provides essential information about industry trends and best practices.

Coming off a successful 2013 with its Touché Matelassé winning Interior Design's Best of the Year for
hospitality textiles, Fabric Innovations is launching a second edition in more color options. Further,
the company moved its corporate offices to a new location and is cutting down on extras in the
office to focus on sustainability, while also "teaching our employees how to implement
this [sustainability] initiative with our clients and with our products," says owner and president
Deborah Herman.
The hospitality industry itself continues to "keep us on our toes, and we look forward to being a part of it," says Herman. Working with NEWH helps
Fabric Innovations stay connected and "allows us to contribute to the future of the industry as well as the future of individual students," she adds.

Following the launch of Lily Jack's Noir collection at Hospitality Design Exposition and Conference (HD Expo) this year, designed by president and CEO
Lisa Villarreal, the company is set to debut its second line, the Boulevard collection, at Boutique Design New York (BDNY).
Recent notable projects include Lily Jack's collaboration on the Potawatomi Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where it provided
the seating and casegoods for guestrooms, public areas, and suites; and the headboards and seating in guestrooms and
suites at the Crawford Hotel at Denver Union Station.
The company is also expanding its global manufacturing capabilities to Mexico and has two successful sustainability
initiatives in place: using 100 percent recycled wood in its crating material, and improving packing and crating.
Lily Jack's relationship with NEWH is "invaluable," says Villarreal. "Not only do they educate us and keep us abreast of
new developments in every facet of the industry, but they also create opportunities for us to meet, expand our networks, and
forge quality business and personal relationship that last for years and years."

HI Connect tradeshow, presented by Hotel Interactive, is unique in that it features new products in a hotel
room setting, debuting hundreds of products each year and attracting major hotel brands such as Marriott
International, Best Western International, and Red Lion Hotels.
The event connects design firms, purchasing firms, and suppliers with the means to grow their businesses.
"The show floor is constantly buzzing with live entertainment and dynamic interactive panel discussions
targeting industry challenges and opportunities of today," says Rich Viola, president and CEO of Hotel Interactive.
The tradeshow is growing annually, and now in its fourth year, HI Connect "fuels fresh ideas for the entire hospitality industry," Viola says. HI Connect
2015, taking place March 25-27th in Nashville, will look to reinvent its format to grow its creatively designed spaces, he adds.
As an important show in the industry and equally committed to industry professionals and emerging talent, HI Connect's presence is only enhanced
and continues to be inspired by its partnership with NEWH, Viola says.
