Westport Manufacturing adds
three team members to its
Mississauga, Ontario office. Attilio
Carano, Eastern division manager;
Bill Foster, commercial contract
sales and project manager; and
Gloria Mantini, sales and project
manager for hospitality and
healthcare.

GGLO designed the multimilliondollar expansion of Seattle's
Cedarbrook Lodge, including its
guestrooms and spa. The team
also renovated the Semiahmoo
Resort Pierside Kitchen and
Packers Oyster Bar in Blaine,
Washington, recognized with
the 2014 Design INHospitality
Award by the IIDA Northern Pacific
chapter.

Kelly Gavlick is now an interior
designer with Oz Architecture.

Elizabeth Moore, former CEO and
owner of Burtco Enterprises and
B Carpet, has been named vice
president of Masland Hospitality.
Bar Napkin Productions, a
Phoenix-based creative agency,
was awarded by Interior Design
magazine as one of the top 100
Hospitality Design firms in 2014 for
its extensive work on the redesign
of T. Cook's Restaurant & Bar at
the Royal Palms Resort & Spa.

Séura, manufacturer of mirror
and TV solutions, is expanding
its Green Bay, Wisconsin
headquarters to a 50 percent
larger office and production
space.
TSI Logistics has launched a new
website and welcomes Rebecca
Murphy, Jacob Gray, and Samuel
Burson servicing hospitality FF&E
installation projects nationwide.

Candice Spicer gave birth to
Quinn Lorette Spicer.

Michelle Hermsen is an A&D
Design specialist with Bedrosians.
The Durkan Discover design
competition in partnership
with NEWH gains momentum
with another year of record
submissions from a broad
group of student contributors,
displaying a diversity of styling,
comprehensive understanding
of color blending, and creative
presentation techniques.

Chelsea Lawrence joins Rowland
+ Broughton Architecture as an
interior designer.
Studio 11 Design has transitioned
into a larger office space in Dallas,
now occupying 1,950 square feet.
Interior designers Ashley Loftis,
Erin Rinehardt, and Qian Sun
(Sunny) have joined the firm, which
also hired Kim Richardson as
business/purchasing manager.

Grand Canyon Development
Partners, a construction and real
estate development management
company, has appointed Cody
Wingert to the position of project
coordinator. Vice president Vincent
Tatum was recently named one of
Las Vegas Business Press' Rising
Stars of Business 2015.

Stacy Shoemaker Rauen
welcomed identical twin boys
Derrick Benjamin and Porter
James in November.
Melissa Wylie of Sims Patrick
Studio gave birth to Blake

Sonesta Hotel Philadelphia project
won the Large Hospitality category
in the 2015 BOB Awards.
Symmons has expanded its
Canadian team with design
consultant Lisa Coté-McKain. 

Dwight Lewis won the SkillsUSA
Prepared Speech contest,
and achieved an Advanced
Communicator Bronze and
Advanced Leadership Bronze
award from Toastmasters
International. He also recently
graduated with an associates'
degree in Culinary Arts and a
diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant
and Tourism Management.

After facing recent health issues,
Judy Womack passed away
peacefully at Hoag Hospital in
Newport Beach, California in May.
