Signature Carpets has introduced two new lines in 2015: Align and Cross Line, which were created with
the company's ColorPoint technology and offer the look of a woven but with the attributes of solutiondyed nylon, exceptional pattern detail, infinite pattern repeats, and textural depth. "With the addition of
our third ColorPoint machine, we were able to create much-needed capacity that has now allowed us to
offer running line options with this state-of-the-art tufting technologies," says Signature's new senior vice president of sales Steve Ladd.
Signature will also announce its entry into the crowded LVT market with Signature P.S. Luxury Vinyl Tile. "We really felt like the hospitality industry
needed a flooring package with improved performance, sound absorption, and styling," says Ladd. Signature P.S. LVT will showcase its first 16 colors at
BDNY.
"NEWH continues to be an inspiration to Signature," says Ladd. "Its dedication to [growing] our industry is a model that other businesses should strive
to emulate."

This year, ST Media Group is pulling out all the stops. During BDNY in November, newly designed spaces, in
collaboration with Design Poole, Meyer Davis, the Puccini Group, and Stonehill & Taylor, will enhance the "trade fair
experience," says Michelle Finn, president of Hospitality Media Group and senior vice president of ST Media Group.
Indeed, the company is coming off a few exciting successes this year, with BDNY and BDwest recognized by Trade
Show Executive magazine's annual Fastest 50 Awards & Summit for growth in exhibitor and attendee participation.
And in 2016, BDwest is moving from San Diego to a larger space at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Looking ahead, Finn sees 2016 as another growth year for the industry, "specifically in new construction and
renovation, and notable increased development activity in the [U.S.]." The industry will continue to grow through partnerships with organizations like
NEWH. "NEWH has such a significant impact on the hospitality community from scholarships to networking events, and we are proud to be part of it all,"
she says.

Summer Classics Contract launched more than a dozen new collections in 2015 and moved into a new
487,000-square-foot space in Pelham, Alabama, which "gave us a beautiful work environment, put all our teams
under one roof where we used to be separated, and totally streamlined communication," says Rob Robinson, public
relations manager. "We are experiencing planned and unplanned efficiencies and overall excitement about our plans
for growth." That includes hiring several new sales representatives, industrial designers, and marketing staff.
Along with a new space come new innovations. "Our new material, Resysta, is made of rice hulls and mineral
spirits and is impervious to salt and sunlight degradation," Robinson adds.
Summer Classics Contract has no plans to slow down, either. The company hopes that with a larger office space
and new staff, it will serve its growing customer base. Working with NEWH has exposed the company to new
opportunities as well. "We've increased our sales force, and we are excited to partner with and attend numerous NEWH events," Robinson adds. NEWH,
in a word, is all about relationships. It's that camaraderie that has allowed the outdoor furniture company to "do business with like-minded people."
