SELF-ADVOCACY
Abridge - abridge.com
Why leave all the details behind when you leave the
doctor's office, or settle for a printed visit summary
that only tells half the story? With the Abridge app, you
record your health care as it happened, so you can take
your doctor's advice home with you. The app pulls out
medically relevant concepts from the appointments so it's
easy to go back and review the information or share with
your loved ones. We recommend it as a tool everyone
should use to help manage their care.
SUPPORT GROUPS
b-present Foundation - b-present.org/

their physical battle.
Connecting Champions -
connectingchampions.org
Connecting Champions is a nonprofit that asks young
adults and kids with cancer, " What are you passionate
about? " and connects them with a local mentor for the
cancer journey and into survivorship. Through our virtual
and in-person programs, we have connected young
adults and kids across the country with mentors from
over 50 different career paths-robotics, social justice
law, baking, ballet, video game design, and everything in
between.
