It is important to prioritize fitness as early as you can,
factors like age or having cancer can contribute to an
increased risk for osteoporosis resulting from accelerated
loss of bone mineral density caused by treatment. Bone
loss subsequently increases the risk for fracture and can
affect your quality of life.
One of the best ways to improve bone health is to build
and maintain bone density.
Keeping your bones healthy doesn't have to be a lot of
work. Simple exercises on a regular basis and consistently
can keep your bones strong and set you up for a better
quality of life as you get older, particularly if you are living
with cancer.
Having tension on muscles can enhance your performance
and endurance, strong muscles lead to strong bones all
while helping to minimize the risk of fracture due to osteoporosis.

spine is responsible for protecting your spinal cord
and nerves, as well as for structural support, balance,
flexibility, and mobility. A strong spine is an essential part
of a healthy lifestyle.

One of the keys to healthy bones and joints involves
stretching. This can also help reduce discomfort in your
shoulders, neck, back, arms, and legs, increase range
of motion in your joints, and increase blood flow to your
muscles to reduce the risk of injury.

warm up to raise your body temperature and increase
blood flow to your muscles.

calcium we need to strengthen our bones. Eating healthy
helps to fuel you from the inside out, and when paired
with exercise, can support your bone health.
