NHPCO/NASW Conference Registration/Admission Policy
Registered individuals with a name badge may attend both NHPCO and NASW conference events. Registrations without payment in full will not be processed and registrations are not accepted by phone. Members must be in good standing at the time of registration to receive member rates and registrations must be postmarked no later than the deadline dates listed on the Registration Form. The NHPCO main conference registration fee includes access to the general sessions, concurrent sessions, exhibit hall and conference meal functions. The NASW registration includes Welcome Presentation and Reception, continental breakfast, lunch, up to 8.5 hours of continuing education credit and conference materials. Some activities have limited seating; attendees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-seated basis. A photographer will be present at the conference. Registration for the conference implies consent to be photographed and consent for such photos to be used by NHPCO/ NASW in printed materials.

Team Registration/Discount
Save $50 dollars per Main Conference registration when you register 3-5 individuals from your organization for the main conference. Save $75 per Main Conference registration when you register 6 or more individuals. Please note that in order to receive the discount, all attendees from your organization must be registered for the Main Conference at the same time. The Team Discount applies only to the Main Conference registrations and cannot be applied to the Hospice Manager Development Program, NASW Annual Practice Conference or other events. See the registration form on page 25 for pricing. The Team Discount is also available online and will be applied at checkout. (Day passes are excluded).
Confirmation Notice Guest Registration
Guest registration is available for the conference. Guests are welcome to participate in limited conference events; a name badge will be provided. Guest registration includes access to the meal functions and receptions. Note: Educational sessions are not included in the guest registration. Online registrants can print out a confirmation immediately after registering. All other registrants will receive a confirmation notice by mail after their registration is processed. If you have any questions, please call NHPCO’s Member Services Center at 800/646-6460. Additional updates and important information will be emailed to registrants prior to the conference.
