Ash City Launches
Free Mobile App

sh City, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, has launched a free mobile application.
“We recognized that our customers may be on-the-go and do not have
access to the Internet,” says Sophia Santamaria, manager of digital media and
strategy for Ash City. With the new user interface, customers can view inventory selection and receive automatic stock updates, search through more than 420 products by
style number or name, and mark favorite products for future use, even when they do
not have Internet access, like at tradeshows, Santamaria explains.
“The app was designed with our customers’ needs in mind, so we wanted to create a
simplified user interface to keep their business moving,” she says. With a sleek, refined
contrast design and easy tabbed navigation, the app allows users to easily find previously viewed apparel and ship orders, according to the company.
“The majority of companies in this industry have mobile-friendly websites, but we
wanted to take this a step further and create a mobile application for iPhone and iPad
users, so that our customers can always access information,” Santamaria says.

shirt, hosting a reception to show off the
latest styles and colors.
The Cool DRI shirt is made of rapid-dry
100% polyester interlock fabric that is specifically designed to wick moisture away
quickly and efficiently. The shirts also have
a 50+ UPF rating and provide UV protection, according the company, making them
perfect for runners, walkers or cyclists.
